It seems that every week we’re reading about another round of layoffs in the oil and gas industry. According to Houston-based Graves & Co., over 350,000 industry workers had lost their jobs since mid-2014.

Some chose to retire, some entered other fields, and some, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a wealth of knowledge and experience in oil and gas, chose to put those assets to work by servicing the industry they just left.
